The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Brookfield Owners Association state that all improvements and changes to all single family homes and lots must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to construction. The Architectural Control Committee is appointed by the Brookfield Owners Association Board of Directors.

The Architectural Control Committee reviews all applications for improvements/changes to ensure they’re in line with the Association’s restrictions/guidelines.
