Dear Homeowner:
The 2019 Pool season is among us! The Brookfield Pool will officially open on Saturday, May 4, 2019 and will only be open these following days below. The pool rules for the 2019 pool season are enclosed for your review. Please make yourself aware of all rules and policies for the safety of those in your home as well as everyone within Brookfield.
Pool will be open on these days only:
Saturday, May 4th
Sunday, May 5th
Friday, May 10th, Saturday, May 11th, Sunday, May 12th
Friday, May 17th, Saturday, May 18th, Sunday, May 19th
Starting Friday, May 24th, the pool will be open 7 days a week and will close Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019.
For the 2019 season there will be no lifeguard on duty so it is imperative that each and every resident follow the outlined pool rules for your safety and that of all other users. There will be a pool monitor attendant onsite and they will be enforcing the current pool rules. They will also be monitoring the entrance gate, and the pool monitor attendant will have the full authority to refuse entrance to the pool and remove anyone from the pool area who violates the pool rules.
An important reminder: DO NOT OPEN GATE FOR ANYONE!!! Those owners who open the gate for non-residents, owners who allow any other household to use your card, residents whose cards do not work, or anyone allowing more than the allotted guest amount will have pool privileges immediately revoked.
Reminder: If you did not register your card last year we encourage you to submit the Card Activation Form prior to the season to ensure access. Forms are available on the Brookfield website. http://www. brookfieldowners.com
Card activation can take up to 72 hours. Pool cards will only be activated for Brookfield owners of record with the Association who are in good standing (current on HOA dues). Tenants must acquire a card from the homeowner for usage of the Amenity Center (pool area). The homeowner is responsible for any subsequent damage caused by anyone using the card.
Cards will only be activated if the owner is current on HOA dues. If you are not current on dues, you may still wish to get your card number(s) on file so it can be easily enabled when your account is current.
Only one (1) card is permitted per home. The first pool card is free upon home purchase and the cost for a replacement card is $25.00. To request a card replacement, or if you have never received a card, complete the pool card request form (available on the website).
Be advised that this letter serves as your immediate notice that if you, anyone in your household, or any guest do not follow the Brookfield Pool Rules and are advised and/or requested to leave the pool area by the any Brookfield representative, your pool privileges will be immediately revoked. Notice of suspension will be sent via mail and you will have the opportunity to request a hearing with the Board within 30 days of the date of the notice.
If you have any questions regarding the information provided in this letter, or regarding any other matters pertaining to the pool or Brookfield, please contact Certified Management by phone at 512-339-6962 or email at frontdesk@cmaaustin.com.
