Dear Homeowners,

We would like to remind homeowners of the many avenues to provide feedback and suggestions to the Board of Directors. This feedback is important to us as we use it when making decisions for the community.

The Board of Directors has quarterly meetings with an opportunity for homeowners to speak and ask questions before we conduct business.

Certified Management of Austin serves as our managing agent and provides any feedback/suggestions submitted to the Board of Directors. You can email frontdesk@cmaaustin.com.

We also have social events in the community on a regular cadence. Board members are often socializing and happy to pass any concerns or feedback on to the Board of Directors as well.

The Association is also always in need of volunteers and committee members. Committees are an excellent way for homeowners to work together and present recommendations to the Board of Directors in a formalized manner.
